Yes. Travel is welcomed and quoted as follows:
Local travel (within 25 miles of Little Rock, AR) is included.
Beyond 25 miles, mileage is charged at $0.65 per mile (round trip).
Out-of-state travel requires:
Lodging accommodations for all travel nights
$60/day per diem for meals and expenses
$150/day travel rate for non-shoot travel days
Economy airfare and local transport covered or reimbursed
50% deposit required to confirm travel bookings

Yes. For any shoot requiring travel beyond 50 miles or lasting multiple days, lodging must be provided or reimbursed. Lodging must be a reputable hotel or equivalent (no motels), with private bathroom, WiFi, and safe parking. Clean and safe Airbnbs may be pre-approved before booking.

A 2-hour minimum is required for all live event coverage. This refers to on-site coverage only and does not include travel time. Setup and takedown are factored into the booked hours unless otherwise specified.
Coverage time begins upon photographer/videographer arrival at the shooting location.

Yes. I am a certified Part 107 sUAS Pilot with up-to-date credentials. Drone services are available upon request and are subject to FAA regulations, weather, and local airspace restrictions. Use of aerial equipment requires:
Pre-approval during booking
A clear takeoff/landing zone
Agreement that client accepts location and weather-related limitations
Additional repair costs if damage occurs due to unsafe conditions or miscommunication

Rush delivery is defined as turnaround within 48 hours of the shoot or file delivery. A 30% rush fee is applied to the total project cost. Availability must be confirmed in advance.

Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled once due to inclement weather at no additional cost. Additional reschedules or short-notice changes may incur a $50 fee. Photographer/Videographer will make the final call based on weather impact on equipment, safety, and quality.

Yes. Commercial, brand, and nonprofit rates are based on usage rights, production scope, and turnaround requirements. Registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits receive a 10% discount.
